Credit card payments taken by telephone or email will be processed within 24 hours. Un-secured bookings will only be held for 24 hours. AMEX and Diner’s Club 3.5% surcharge. Minimum numbers may apply on some tours. Cancellation by you – Due to the extensive organisation involved in aerial tours, a strict cancellation policy does apply. 24 hours notice – NON-REFUNDABLE. 25 hours to seven days – 10% fee will be charged. All other cancellations/refunds – may be subject to a small merchant fee. Cancelation by Us – Alligator Airways reserve the right to cancel or change any tours due to unforeseen circumstances Travel Insurance – we recommend that Travel Insurance be taken out to cover tour cancellations due to unforseen circumstance. Promotions , Special Offers and Package Tours – Vouchers, discounts and promotional rates cannot be used in conjunction with other special offers or package tours. Vouchers must be presented at the time of booking and cannot be presented after payment has been made. Fuel Surcharge – we reserve the right to apply a fuel surcharge in the event of a larger than anticipated fuel price increase.
